About Course

D.El.Ed. is a Diploma course in Elementary Education. It is a 2-year full-time diploma course to train teachers for the primary level and can be done with classroom training. It is a course to prepare students to work in primary/ upper primary schools in different states of the country.

The design of the course is such that it includes practical training and internships along with classroom training. It includes principles of child development, education practice, and the role of the teacher in grooming the student.

Admission

  • Direct admission offered on Merit basis at college level. (Being a Minority institution)

Fee Structure

  • Fee structure for the D.El.Ed. course is Rs. 25800/- per year + Board Examination fee.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates with at least 50% marks in the senior secondary /+2 or its equivalent are eligible for admission.

How to Apply

  1. 10th Class Mark sheet – 3 sets photocopy
  2. 12th Class Mark sheet – 3 sets photocopy
  3. 4 Passport size coloured photographs
  4.  Photocopy of Aadhar Card

Note: All documents must be self-attested.

B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. programmes.

It was wonderful learning experience throughout the course where I could gain the knowledge on Teaching Methodology and this has been very useful to implement in my real time work. I thank the Mentor and Coordinator for the learning.
